Earn and Save Bonus (Majulah Package)

Credited to the CPF Retirement Account in March each year to Singaporeans born in 1973 or earlier who work, earn an average of $500 to $6,000 a month, live in a home with Annual Value of $31,000 or less and own no more than one property. For 2026, based on 2025 income:

Average monthly income Bonus
$500 to $2,500 $1,000
Above $2,500 to $3,500 $700
Above $3,500 to $6,000 $400

Common mistakes

  • Using this year's pay. The 2026 payouts use YA2025 assessable income, which is your 2024 income.
  • Using the wrong Annual Value. GST Voucher uses Annual Value as at 31 December 2025.
  • Forgetting the property test. Owning more than one property removes eligibility.
  • Treating the January 2027 CDC tranche as certain. It is listed on GovBenefits but the CDC Vouchers site did not show it yet; confirm before you budget around it.
