About this Singapore utilities bill estimator
SP Group issues a combined utilities bill for most households: electricity at the Energy Market Authority’s regulated tariff (unless you switched to an Open Electricity Market retailer) and water on PUB’s behalf.
The household electricity tariff for 1 October to 31 December 2026 is 28.59 cents per kWh before GST (about 31.16 cents with 9% GST), down from 31.91 cents in Q3. A 400 kWh month is about $114.36 before GST for electricity alone at the Q4 rate.
PUB’s domestic water price from 1 April 2025 (unchanged in 2026) has three parts on each cubic metre: potable tariff ($1.43 for the first 40 m³, $1.81 above), Water Conservation Tax (50% / 65% of tariff), and a waterborne fee of $1.09. Twenty cubic metres therefore cost about $64.70 before GST.
GST at 9% applies to both. Eligible HDB flats receive a GST Voucher – U-Save credit that this page can subtract if you type it. Retailer discounts, gas, and refuse fees are omitted.

Do I pay a sanitary appliance fee?
PUB folded used-water charges into the waterborne fee. This estimator does not add a per-fitting sanitary fee.
